Return Policy

  • Product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts is not eligible for a return.
  • Proof of purchase by referencing a valid order number is required.
  • All freight expenses associated with the return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges for a different size will not be charged any outbound shipping fees when shipped to a US address. For international exchanges, we will pass on all shipping and duty charges to the customer
  • We cannot accept returns on sales items or on Promotional Deals. We will exchange your item for a different size of the same item.
  • Returns and exchanges can only be made if purchased from directly. All other returns/exchanges need to be made at your original place of purchase.


How to return an item :

Please contact customer service by e-mailing in advance to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of the purchase date.

Any products returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be returned to sender with no questions asked. Customer’s will be liable for all freight charges incurred on incoming exchanges and must provide return shipment tracking for

How long will a refund take?

From the moment your return shipment arrives at our warehouse and the return is processed, we aim to refund your money within 3 working days (depending on your original form of payment) with a maximum of 14 days. We always refund your money to your original form of payment.
